Details
The BTFZ-1600B paper slitting machine cuts wide base paper into the narrow paper strips used for paper tube production. It is the first process on a paper tube line, and slitting quality directly affects the flatness and strength of the wound tube wall.
The machine loads rolls hydraulically and unloads them pneumatically for stable, reliable clamping. Slitting speed is controlled by a variable-frequency drive, and multi-point disc braking with PID constant tension keeps the paper web steady and free from breaks. An automatic web guide corrects deviation in real time, while CNC tool setting keeps the slitting width accurate and consistent.
