Details
The BTWT-50/54 elbow machine forms paper tube elbows: tubes are cut to length, creased, punched and trimmed to complete the elbow, making it key equipment for bent paper straws and curved paper tubes.
Tubes are arranged on an 8-station rotary table and clamped by pneumatic cylinder or servo. Creasing is driven by an independent adjustable servo, punching is pneumatic, and the punch can be positioned before or after the flanging station.
Key features:
1. 8-station continuous operation with an efficiency of 52-60 pieces per minute;
2. Independent servo creasing with adjustable depth and position;
3. Delta PLC with CAN bus and absolute encoder control: no physical origin, ready at power-on;
4. Automatic stop when tubes are missing; air source and inverter/servo parameters can be adjusted on the touch screen.
