The BTMT-3000 CNC grinding machine is supporting equipment for paper tube production lines. It grinds the circular blades and knives of slitting and winding machines so that every cutting edge stays sharp and consistent, keeping slitting and winding cuts flat and burr-free.
The machine uses CNC control for tool feed. The grinding angle and feed rate are set according to the blade specification, and grinding is completed in a single clamping. It is easy to operate, has high repeatability and reduces downtime for blade changes.
