Building on the double-head winding platform, the BTJG-2 online cutting and coiling machine integrates multi-tool online cutting: tubes are cut to length directly after winding, eliminating a separate cutting step and shortening the production cycle.
A spiral bevel gear drive and an electronic CAM synchronous cutting system cut with several tools at once for clean ends and high efficiency. The production speed is 15-25 m/min and can be adjusted to the tube specification.
