The BTMDJ-2000 4-axis palletizer automatically stacks and handles finished products such as paper tubes and paper products, replacing manual stacking and improving line efficiency and packing consistency.
It combines a 4-axis servo arm with a tooling fixture. Pallet patterns are taught on the touch screen and stored, so switching products requires only calling the corresponding program, keeping stacks neat and stable.
