Details
The BTJG-2 double-head winding machine is the core of a paper tube production line. It winds base paper into tubes of different inner diameters and thicknesses, and its double-head design winds several tubes at once for high output and stable quality.
A spiral bevel gear drive keeps operation smooth, the head angle is adjusted by motor, and an electronic CAM synchronous cutting system cuts without rigid impact for clean ends. Fixed length is set by a rotary encoder for accurate, consistent cutting.
